A summary of the Austin Residential Housing Market MAY 2020 Stats
Austin continues to see strong activity in our residential real estate market. I know the showings have picked up over the last two weeks and there are buyers looking to move into Austin and certainly buyers who are looking to move into a smaller or larger home depending on their experience during shelter in place. I expect our typical spring market, which slowed for good reason, to really pick up in June, July and August. I look forward to helping my sellers and my buyers find that perfect place to call home.
